I use private internet access (pia). It’s reasonably priced, really good for the number of devices, and I don’t believe they keep logs. At least it used to be that way, but I haven’t checked that since I signed up a decade ago. I have had zero issues with anything or anyone while using it for any reason. Uptime is basically 100%. Also has mobile support if that matters.
I probably wouldn’t have cancelled Netflix if it weren’t for their password policy change. That’s Netflix’s fault, but the content wasn’t great, so it made it easier to pull the plug.
Yea. The mod unilaterally made the decision to lock the lemmy.world instance without input from the thousands of users. They then doubled down on at least one response saying basically they same shit spez shit Reddit’s changes. It’s ridiculous. Ideally, if someone wants to lock a community for nothing but selfish reasons, and should be able to take it and reopen for someone else to take over.
