I think there needs to be one for lactose tolerant and intolerant people. Same exact design.

Hell yeah. I’d get this one for me and the opposite one for my wife and we’d go twinsies at a cheese bar.

I’m Dutch, arguably the biggest cheese loving nation.

Am I missing something here? We think of Dutch cheese as the most boring stuff like Edam and Gouda, the “missionary position” of cheeses as it were

          What are yous hiding?

Old Amsterdam, Twentse bunker kaas, beemster, any kind of komijnenkaas or other herb/spiced cheese. The list goes on. We have the oldest and biggest physical cheese market in the world.

Gouda might be “boring”, but if riped to an old cheese is full of flavor and rich.

So I was really interested so I looked them all up!

Gouda, goat’s cheese, Gouda, and Gouda with spices in it because it’s boring

Genuinely thought yous were hiding some amazing cheeses yous weren’t telling us about but frankly I’m slightly disappointed 😞

Good news. It’s not under its own power.

Bad news, those are maggots. They innocolate (?) the cheese with maggots. (clean, tbf they’re food grade) And they make it very creamy. By eating it, and excreting it. Yum yum.

American here, I used to manage a spot that centered around cheese paired with wine. The cheese was the star of the show though

I know a spot in London that does fine cheeses a la carte, and they have a sushi style conveyor belt.

It’s by reservation. Usually quite well booked.
