Dunno, man. State knife laws are weird. Double-edged (stiletto) could be illegal in some, and that blade is at least 4" long. It’s not assisted-open (which is the common no-no), but it’s also not fixed: it’s a folding blade. I can’t tell if it has a locking mechanism, but sometimes it’s the combination of features.

Yeah, as long as you have a carry permit. If you’re in a state that doesn’t require carry permits, then the whole thing is probably 👍
