Which instance did you make the post from and which community did you post in? There might be something server related that is preventing you from seeing your deleted posts.

Just tested this and I can see my deleted post on my profile. Which instance did you make the post from and which community did you post in? There might be something server related that is preventing you from seeing your deleted posts.
