A sequel to Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt's 'Jungle Cruise' was announced in 2021, but Johnson says it is now dead.

The audience came to the same conclusion.

I saw it in theater and I don’t know anyone who will be disappointed there won’t be a sequel. It was a cute film by itself, but left few intriguing loose ends.

I expected a typical Rock movie, but I was surprised how much fun I had with it. The actors were great, the jokes were spot on, it was colorful and well paced, and it had a satisfying ending.

A movie I can watch again every year.

So maybe it’s better to not make a sequel, I can not imagine they pull this off twice.

It was a lot better than I expected it to be… but to be fair, that wasn’t a very high bar to clear.

It was the most racist movie I watched that year, and it wasn’t even close.

          That’s not how elaboration works.

Sadly, I can’t find any of the many articles/posts/criticisms about this movie, but basically it offended everybody in South America
