I would also highly recommend Nomad Chili Co. The guy runs it himself and is based out of Ballarat. He’s a chef by trade and he’s super nice and knowledgeable.

He goes to markets, and also sells it at other shops and restaurants. We’ve just run out, so we’ll be going to get some more soon!

We often have music on in the office, and anyone can put on whatever they want. Chrono Cross Scars of Time came on and I nearly gave myself whiplash. I found who put it on and he started playing game music for the rest of the day, including CT and Final Fantasy. It was great.

My recent late night snack has been yoghurt, frozen berries (microwaved for 30s so they’re not rock hard), cashews, and cinnamon. I will give yours a try next!

I just pull the duvet cover off the blanket, leave it inside out, and button up the closures. Never had any issues after that.

They’re really good! I took two bars out last night to take to my workout in the morning, and though they felt apart a little if handled less than gently, they were still good! Worth noting that the chia seeds go a bit everywhere.

I feel like I might have done this once a very long time ago, and with the fan going inside, the little bits of skins started to get blown around. Makes for an irritating clean up.

Oh, I will have to give it a try with walnuts. My partner is mildly allergic to walnuts only if he eats them, so we have a lot of leftover walnuts from bags of nut/trail mix. Any tips, or treat it much like this peanut butter (roast, blend, salt, etc.) ?

I used two silicone spatulas to push them around. My oven has hot spots, so I had to keep checking and moving darker nuts away and paler nuts to the hot spots. Then I just used a spoon to scoop out the ones I didn’t want to roast anymore.

Too much work to flip them all one by one, so just rolled them around and hoped for the best.

Throw it all out on the pan and let the oven do its thing!
