They did seize it from the hands of Republicans by being candidates the people actually wanted.

All those data centers will need to be used for something. They’ll either figure out how to use the AI optimized RAM for VDI, or the fabs will switch back and only sell to data centers.
They’ll sell us dumb terminals and a virtual desktop subscription. It would be great for like 90% of consumers if the companies running it weren’t evil.

The only explanation thing I can think of is that the character he’s playing falls for Holmes’ bullshit, while he didn’t actually fall for it.

It was no more than 3 takes per song.

That brings back memories of the whole class looking at me whenever the VCR didn’t work. Should have known I’d go into IT at that point.

Fuck off with that gatekeeping bullshit.

I know, I was adding another thing that made it not free.

If they weren’t being run by evil assholes, this would be true for most people.
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure has the potential to be great for the consumer. No having to upgrade your hardware, or worry about your computer (hardware) shitting the bed and having to start over, and you have your same desktop no matter what terminal you’re at.
Plus, it would prevent tons of e-waste. But because of assholes like Sam, we can’t have nice things.

Depending on your rig there will still be recurring cost (electricity)

My experience having a mother who was a teacher. I didn’t get to stay home sick unless I was at risk of infecting others, and she always got the homework I missed.
I hated it at the time, but she was right.

I’m not sure why you think contractual obligations are relevant.

They understand humanity very well or they wouldn’t be where they are. Humanity is just easy to manipulate.

Many of the bugs have been present for years. This is about finding bugs that humans didn’t, then humans fixing the bugs.

Hacking a voting machine isn’t a big deal on its own; it’s just penetration testing.
The problem is the order to not share any vulnerabilities that are found.
It has to start somewhere
A lot of the time it just needed to be turned to channel 3, or later the right input.
