Part of the problem is that when you work with children there’s always a moment that makes you consider it. When 3 or 4 are going off on one at the same time there’s just a second where it comes to mind before you dismiss it as unreasonable.
When you’re low paid and have shitty management those times tend to be a lot more common and you have fewer tools to deal with them. Eventually, when you run out of reasonable alternatives, it starts to look a lot less unreasonable.

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. Huge CRPG with turn based combat or RTWP if you want to play it wrong. Not as pretty and a lot wordier than Baldurs Gate 3, but much deeper in mechanics and choices, plus Mythic levels. Fight the demonic forces of the abyss with the power of an angel/demon/daemon/dragon/lich/bugs/comedian/really cool dude, and try to ascend to godhood. If you want something you can sink a good 2-300 hours into, WotR is excellent.

Except for crusade battles. They suck. Just use a mod to trivialise/skip them.

I think Rick Riordan’s series are a better comparison that HDM, which is aimed at a slightly more mature audience. Garth Nix is a great shout though, Keys to the Kingdom particularly has parallels to HP while being a much better series.

The daily peak is the largest number of concurrent players you dummy, not how many played over the entire day. And there are plenty of ways to get live player counts, it requires you connect to a server to play.

Fortnite doesn’t even have 15 million weekly players, and that site is a live player count, not daily. I think you’re in a bit over you’re head if you’re this bad at reading statistics.

Fortnite is the only one of those with a higher player count than CS:GO, though admittedly PUBG would slip in around the middle. The rest aren’t particularly popular games, maybe you should have named League of Legends instead.
