Gwar! My favorite band I don’t like listening to lol.

Their music has never clicked for me, it’s the full performance that’s just fucking awesome.

It’s kinda like little big. Their videos are the shit, but the songs are little more than background music for them. They’re not metal, but if you want some joy in life, look up their video for “pendejo”.

Gwar is like that for me. I love them live or on video, but I can’t say I would ever play a song of theirs just to hear the music. I keep hoping that magic “click” will happen for me though! No band that fucking magnificent can go without the effort to try liking the music at least once a year.
